El principal objetivo de este servicio es dotarte de un plan de estrategia de negocio para mejorar el posicionamiento competitivo de tu pyme. Este plan recogerá la inversión necesaria y las herramientas adecuadas, además, aprovechará las tecnologías de inteligencia artificial para mejorar la capacidad de análisis. También se realizará un caso de uso adaptado a mejorar tu rendimiento y estrategia identificando necesidades y brechas, así como las oportunidades para mejorar tu situación en relación con tu competencia.
Solución de asesoramiento en estrategia y rendimiento de negocio
- Analizar tu situación actual en inteligencia de negocio para evaluar necesidades, identificar brechas en el uso de tecnologías de inteligencia de negocio y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
- Plantear recomendaciones para desarrollar habilidades analíticas y fomentar una cultura de toma de decisiones basada en el tratamiento de datos con algoritmos de inteligencia artificial en el escenario competitivo actual.
- Asesorarte en la incorporación de técnicas y herramientas avanzadas de aprendizaje automático, inteligencia artificial y minería de datos, entendiendo las especificidades de tu pyme y alineándolas a los objetivos del negocio.
- Definir junto a ti una estrategia a medio y largo plazo para la implementación y optimización de la inteligencia de negocio basada en mejorar el rendimiento.
- Diseño y ejecución de un caso de uso que demuestre la efectividad de las técnicas de análisis de la competencia para mejorar la estrategia y el rendimiento del negocio.
- Identificación de oportunidades o posibles usos de la IA en el ámbito de la estrategia y rendimiento de negocio.

¿Which companies are the aid intended for? a non-refundable grant from the kit consulting program?
The advisory services provided by Kit Consulting are geared towards the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in any sector or business type. If the beneficiary company meets the conditions established in the Kit Consulting grant guidelines, it will be eligible for a digital voucher to access digitization solutions.

- Small and medium-sized enterprises in Segments A (companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees), Segment B (companies with between 50 and less than 100 employees) and Segment C (companies with between 100 and less than 250 employees), whose tax domicile is located in Spanish territory, and which demonstrate compliance with the requirements established in articles 7 and 8 of the Regulatory Bases and the second section of the Call for Proposals, may be beneficiaries of these grants.
- Applications must be submitted by the applicant entity's legal representative or a duly authorized representative, and must be submitted exclusively through the automated form, which will include the information outlined in Annex I of this Call for Proposals. This form is available on the Red.es Electronic Headquarters website and is also accessible through the Acelera Pyme platform (https://www.acelerapyme.gob.es/). Applications must be submitted within the deadline established in section twenty-third of this Call for Proposals, as detailed in Article 27 of the Governing Regulations. Therefore, applications submitted through any means other than those described in this section will not be accepted. Applications must be signed by the applicant or a duly authorized legal or voluntary representative of the applicant, using an electronic certificate. If the applicant entity has joint representation, the signature must be provided by all necessary representatives.
- Applications submitted through means other than the form enabled on the Red.es Electronic Headquarters will not be accepted.
