Se definirán la inversión necesaria y las medidas estratégicas para aplicar en cada área de impacto consiguiendo una mejora de ámbito general.
Solución de asesoramiento “360” en Transformación Digital
- Analizar los procesos comerciales existentes para identificar aquellas áreas de tu pyme que podrían beneficiarse de la digitalización.
- Diseñar e implementar programas de concienciación para educar a tus empleados sobre la importancia estratégica de la transformación digital.
- Evaluar las herramientas y tecnologías ya en uso, ofreciéndote un asesoramiento para optimizar su rendimiento y alinearlas con tus objetivos de transformación digital.
- Desarrollar una estrategia clara y personalizada que articule los objetivos, plazos y pasos específicos para la transformación digital.
- Establecer un marco para la innovación continua y la adaptabilidad a medida que evolucionan las tecnologías digitales.
- Desarrollo y ejecución de un caso de uso adaptado al negocio, utilizando las técnicas apropiadas, que permita conocer las ventajas de la utilización de herramientas digitales.
- Identificación de oportunidades o posibles usos de la IA en el ámbito de la transformación digital.

¿Which companies are the aid intended for? a non-refundable grant from the kit consulting program?
The advisory services provided by Kit Consulting are geared towards the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in any sector or business type. If the beneficiary company meets the conditions established in the Kit Consulting grant guidelines, it will be eligible for a digital voucher to access digitization solutions.

- Small and medium-sized enterprises in Segments A (companies with between 10 and less than 50 employees), Segment B (companies with between 50 and less than 100 employees) and Segment C (companies with between 100 and less than 250 employees), whose tax domicile is located in Spanish territory, and which demonstrate compliance with the requirements established in articles 7 and 8 of the Regulatory Bases and the second section of the Call for Proposals, may be beneficiaries of these grants.
- Applications must be submitted by the applicant entity's legal representative or a duly authorized representative, and must be submitted exclusively through the automated form, which will include the information outlined in Annex I of this Call for Proposals. This form is available on the Red.es Electronic Headquarters website and is also accessible through the Acelera Pyme platform (https://www.acelerapyme.gob.es/). Applications must be submitted within the deadline established in section twenty-third of this Call for Proposals, as detailed in Article 27 of the Governing Regulations. Therefore, applications submitted through any means other than those described in this section will not be accepted. Applications must be signed by the applicant or a duly authorized legal or voluntary representative of the applicant, using an electronic certificate. If the applicant entity has joint representation, the signature must be provided by all necessary representatives.
- Applications submitted through means other than the form enabled on the Red.es Electronic Headquarters will not be accepted.
